6. When do I pay for a Scarborough Beach Chalet?
Payment is required at the time of booking by either a credit or debit card. A cheque can also be used as payment and must be paid within 7 days. Payment is non-refundable.
7. Where can I collect my Scarborough North Bay Beach Chalet keys from?
Chalet keys can be collected from the chalet management office. This is located in the new Sands Apartments (on the former site of the corner café) by the main car park entrance.
8. What time can I collect my keys and what time do I have to return them?
Keys can be collected from 9.00am and must be returned to the office by 6.00pm on the day of departure.
9. What amenities are provided in the chalets for daily and weekly hire?
The following amenities are provided in the North Bay Beach chalets: 4 x deck chairs, wired in kettle, sink (cold water), cupboards, coat hooks.
10. Is electricity provided?
Electricity is provided for the wired in kettle but there are no sockets for electrical items to be plugged in.
